1. Our Hair
Our hair is non-dyed and collected from donors directly. Each bundle color is the #1B natural color. For real virgin hair, it is normal that the color varies in shade from the top to the ends, as we all know the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends, usually virgin hair ends will be lighter than top and middle. For example, the top and the middle are black shade to ends 1b or even lighter at last 2~4 inches, that's also split ends area.
2. Split/Dry
Split Ends--For virgin NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair, when donors’ hair is longer enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. So split ends are really normal, CANNOT be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair has no spilt ends at all! If you are picky, we do not recommend to purchase.
Dry Ends--Our hair will be a little dry after high termperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. With right condition and moisture treatment to the hair, it will help a lot.
3. Nits
We do have nits/eggs quality control. The raw hair with nits and eggs are select out before we put into production. So 99.5% products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement.
4. Gray
Virgin non-dyed hair have a few gray strands inside, we usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand, and pick those strand out yourself. And we will really appreciate it!
5. Corn Chip
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! But we do wash the hair when we produce it. It may have a little shampoo smell on it, anyway, it will lift your shampoo and conditioner smell shortly after co-washing.
6. Length
Wavy and curly hair will look much shorter compared with straight one. You should measure the length of hair when it is STRAIGHTLY stretched!

According to what texture you choose, our hair length is different.
Curly VS Straight Hair Extension
In general, straight hair is longer than curly hair, because it lies completely flat when we measured. Before you place an order, make sure what kind of texture do you want. If you prepared to choose curly hair extensions, it is ideal to choose one size longer that you would. Also, one thing you should bear in mind, curly hair extensions tend to look heavier than straight hair when you wear them. Straight Virgin hair, true to its length, so buy the size as you wanted. Wavy hair is usually 1.5" shorter (unstraightened), Curly hair is usually 3.0" shorter than Straight hair. We often suggest customers to purchase hair 2" longer if they desire a Curly hair look.
Short VS Medium&Long Hair
Your natural hair length also plays an important part when you choose the hair length. Basically, it is not smart to choose very long hair extension if your natural hair is very short, so you’d better choose the length under 18 inch, or you would feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have medium to long hair, it is ideal to wear long hair extensions.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No there isn't any minimum order quantity needed. You can buy one bundle, a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.
Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?
All our products are shipped from China. We ship orders using DHL to the United States and other couriers according to the areas. We do offer expedited shipping at the customers expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T), or Paypal, a +5% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
I noticed that some of the bundles have a slightly lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present. Is this normal?
Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.
